Information security statement

Blackbox Records Management operates an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The certificate is available on request and is annexed to every signed client agreement.

Our commitments

• Records in custody are accessed only by registered authorised persons and named Blackbox staff.
• Every movement of a carton is scanned and logged against a person and a time.
• Each client's records are held in a separate area and are never mixed.
• Nothing is destroyed without written authorisation, and every destruction is certified.

What we do not publish

The facility address, client names and a complete inventory of security controls are withheld from public material. They are disclosed to prospective clients under non-disclosure.
